Is there any way to make the turn radius better or maybe a modification

Plan your turns accordingly? Watch traffic and your mirrors in case you have to make a 3 point turn to get it in

Yeah I know that but I've gone to new jersey and everything seems smaller up there and was wondering if there is anything to help it

I run nj and all five boroughs. Is what it is. I never cut the stops out of my steering. Gotta know exactly what your equipment will do.

Adjust the bump stops but careful not too far or it will **** up a seal.

Or cause inner tire wear, and rubbing on other components which will get you barked at at an inspection.
Mine aren't cut but they are just where they need to be-if I cut them first tight right would rub
