I will soon be going to Irving to upgrade and was wondering if it is done in an automatic or manual. The reason I asked is because I am being trained in an automatic and am nervous about going straight from this to a stick and failing miserably. And yes I realize that the truck I will be issued will probably be manual, which is something I can conquer with time. Just straight out of an automatic to manual for the upgrade concerns me. Thanks for any help!
Well you probably already got your answers, but generally the upgrade trucks in irving are the Older ones and usually are automatic, but they can't fail you if your trainer had an automatic truck anyway that's not your fault. At this point most of our trucks are still auto actually, only the last years models went back to 10, or 8 speed. Good luck on your tests! (Irving's the easiest place to upgrade anyway so don't stress )
