    Hi, Im seeing if anyone has any information on Ram Motor Freight out of Cincinnati? I talked with their recruiter but would like more opinions. Thanks

    you didn't mention company driver or lease/purchase so I'll tell you what I found they are offering o/o's.

    $1.00 a mile and fsc +.06 if the load goes to northeast, + $20 if it goes into NYC... they don't count the 5 boroughs as nyc... (alrighty then)

    90% of outbound freight goes to the northeast.

    No forced dispatch.. unless they don't have anything else... (see the 90% part) Heavily implied that you'll get what they want you to haul, period.

    Return loads are either broker or customer and you have to take what they give you.

    (anyone else thinking this sounds exactly like forced dispatch?)

    Paper logs... hinted that the load runs on schedule and you have to figure out how to make it look legal.

    "some" trailers older than 10years. (I've seen a lot of their trailers and none looked newer than 10 years)

    Wouldn't you log it the same on paper as you would on E-logs ?
