How to control temperature in sleeper with this heater?
    Heat position is too hot
    Cycle is too cold.
    Any idea please.

The actual temperature sensor is inside the heater unit it's self, not the controller. So if the heater is mounted under the bunk, and it draws in cold air from under there, then it thinks that it is colder than you actually are, which is why you get too hot. So you need to get some hose attached to the inlet of the heater and rout it so it gets air from higher up.
Or get a digital controller that has the temp sensor actually in the controller so it really knows what your temp is. Eg: Webasto SmarTemp Controller
note SmarTemp FX is not for bunk Hester, it's for engine heater, so don't get the FX model, I did that by accident.

Yes it controls heat temp, but it doesn't sense the actual temp, that's done down in the heater unit.
At normal cool temperatures it seems to work fine, but at extreme cold temps it just blows full heat. I sat in Winnipeg once, it was -30 outside and plus 30 inside with that controller turned all the way down.
