Hey current drivers quick question has your w-2 been made available online? I am a former driver waiting on mine in the mail and was wondering if it's something I would have to request if they were only made available through the driver portal.

 

There was a message sent that they would be available by 02/01.

I'm not sure about getting it as a former driver unless you can still access the driver portal with your old driver number.
You may need to contact Phoenix about it if they don't mail it to you when they are available.

 

Normally they just send them in the mail for former employees.
No you shouldn't have to request it.

Call HR if you are that worried about it..
Also if you moved or something.

 

Answers my question seeing as they are waiting till the last day to make them available for drivers so by mail I'm figuring the 2nd week of February for all others.

 

I've not worked for very many companies that have had it done much sooner.
And I'm not very young.

 

Hopefully you've gotten it by now but by law all W2's must be sent no later than jan 31st.

 

SMH, not only do I not make enough for this to be worth while, now they mess with my money in other ways, great...

 

Yeah, idk about this Feb 1 business, if it's a second past the 31st I'll be suing, unfortunately.

 

As soon as it is available it will also be on the Swift Driver Portal website.
Easy to print out.
And all the past ones will also be there if you have worked more than a year with Swift.
