Anyone have a good app that actually lets you type on a PDF? then save it and maybe even sign it all in one app?

Right now I'm jumping from pdfescape.com to edit it, then over to docusign to digitally sign it but it's all screwy on my cell phone or tablet. Is there anything to make it easier because it's not working well and I keep having to do it all on my laptop.

They want $179.00 a year for Acobat from Adobe and that's just ridiculous..

I use Graphic Comverter on Macs. Can open a pdf and put text anywhere. Even on scanned forms.

Yea I thought about doing it that way with Gimp or something and just having a pre-made sig file to drop on as a layer, but that's with the PC again. Also it wouldn't be a PDF at that point. but a Jpeg or something like that.

GC will save any image file as pdf. You can use a pdf print driver to "print" to a pdf. Foxit used to offer a free one.

As far as signing goes, I've just used a handwritten-looking font to "sign" pdf docs and no one has bothered to question it. Would depend on what level of official it is. I had a signature screen-cap I was using but can't find it, has made no diff.
