I am going to say that Schneider National has the best training in my book.. Far as retention goes I would say that small companies probably have the best. Some small companies you may have to wait 2-3 years before an opening is available. I know I waited almost 2 years to get on at CrossRoads and they was great.. Only had 1 issue the entire time I was there, kind of a big one but it was very simple to resolve and i was on my way. Only had the pleasure and I do mean pleasure to work there for a year and they had to close down due to the increase in fuel they was not able to adjust fast enough. So, small companies would have the best and they are kind of a secret, you have to find them they are just not talked about much. Now also beware of small companies as well because some will try to rob you blind.

Who is "Homeland", I have never heard of this company?

None of the companies that provide training have low retention . That's why they have to resort to training . They have so many drivers leaving before long . Companies with low retention attract experienced drivers with 2 or more years OTR .
