Hello people my name is Marcus i am 22yrs old i recently just graduated from Southwestern truck driving school here in phx, AZ . like 2 weeks ago:biggrin_25525:.. i have been looking around for some local class A and B jobs here in the phoenix area but they all want experience, so i'm thinking about going otr or driving Regional... I have contacted some companies online and filled out my info online.. So far western express called me and Warner, SO yeah i am also looking at Gordan trucking, and i also applied for Conway freight. Western express wants me to do otr flatbed for them, but i am not sure about that... :biggrin_2554: anyways i refuse to start with Cr england, swift, prime, and crappy pay companies.. so Yeah what do you guys think i should do? any advice. ON SOME MORE COMPANIES that hires CDL GRADS thnx.

ps. Clean Record no accidents and no tickets

One thing you need to know is werner got the the lowest pay package, me personally i wouldn't refuse prime for werner. Im an ex former werner driver and i think you can get your experience somewhere else than start with one of these mega carriers and gordan will be the best choice of your list, hope this help.

I think you will need at least six months experience for JB Hunt. I would not list Prime as a crappy pay company. They have some of the best equipment and pay for a newbie. Check out Prime, Gordon, TWT, and May.

Edit: Western Express is a second chance company. Conway is a good one too.
