No, that part comes when you get in the trainers truck. Seriously, just a standard DOT for the physical. The strength and agility test is done at beginning of load securement.
But don't forget about the Upper and Lower GI x-ray series with the Barium enema... and hold that stuff in as long as you can. Seriously, no, of course, but I had the pleasure during a military physical when I hit 10 years in service...
Military entry physicals are insane... the butt check is described above, and of course, it's worse for females. They essentially inventory your body and document every scar, contusion, tattoo, etc... After that, you have a routine physical once a year, and major physicals (as I described) at 10 years, then usually every 5 years after that.
