    Should i still pay the loan to swift even though i lost my license due to the mix up?

    Did u simply misplace it or was it a minor dui reckless driving ticket u forgot about?

    yeah, need a little more info. what was the 'mix up'? and i think either way, unless you get a good lawyer, you're on the hook for the $3900 tab for the school bill.

    For those who don't know the history, that "mixup" was over two years ago. Drivers who got caught in that were given ample notice and opportunity to retest at Swift's expense. I have a friend who had to do all that. Pain in the butt, yes and inconvenient too. But he didn't lose his license over it. Besides, if you've been a driver for less than a year (doesn't say "ex") there is no possible way you were part of that mess. Something here is a bit reminiscent of my old Granpoppa's barnyard.
