That is a beautiful truck. My Oldman would have been in love with that blue.

My aunt was the mayor there at one time, and my uncle had a dragline business I believe. They married late in life - she was a Stark and he a Dunsmore.

They were good drinkers and even better cribbage players!

Not really, only visited as a kid and when my aunt passed. The rest of the family was in Calgary and they would come up there for visits when we were there. My aunt was an accountant - I remember she would give us 5 gallon buckets of honey that a client of hers had given her.

Uncle Max Dunsmore must have sold out of the draglines nearly 40 years ago now. They are both long gone, but I though there might be a chance you knew of them.

    Its a mix of GM/international.
Replaced the terriblestar on the binder end.
I was talking with the techs at international, they are relieved to be working on a duramax vs international engines.

I've been spending significant time at the dealer. We expanded and bought some new units, and as I always said when I was at the Gm dealer, nothing lasts forever.

Oh sure. I used to work on some F650 rollbacks on Blue Diamond Chassis. All IH, but then with a ISB and a ford cab. Whole bunch of stupid ford only parts under the hood, and IH part numbers that would not come up under IH. Idea was so you had to pay ford price. But we also had 4-5 4300. I knew where and what parts to order from IH.

Just odd that Rouch industries/Rouch Fenway Racing who is primarily a ford outfit with a Chevy truck.

It came a long ways over a 2 year span of working on it. He found some guy that is a W9A guru, guy sent him copies of shop manuals to help him get it original as possible. He even found the illuminated switches new for the dash…..
