    Can't decide between:
    Schneider
    Werner
    or Freymiller

I hear SNI has good training but is considered less of a true OTR company. Any suggestions?
I live in the NW but not interested in regional since I'd like to explore some other states for possibly moving to someday. Thanks.

I'd go with Freymiller; trucks have Tripac APU, refrigerator, etc. The company has an excellent reputation with drivers.
Alternative choices for 48 state running:
    Britton Transport - flatbed division
    Navajo Express

Snyder is a good company but they are mostly East Coast from what I've heard. Haven't really heard anything on Warner or Frey Miller. I run up and down the West Coast and I see more Schneider trucks than I do the other two so if you're wanting to get back home easily I would suggest Schneider over the other two.

The other thing to consider is what you want to do in the future. If you can find a starter company that will offer you what you're wanting to do long term it would be in your best interest to start with that company and stay with them. Way too many drivers will bounce back and forth from company to company so trying to stay with the same company will only work in your favor if you do decide to leave eventually. If you're wanting to go owner op or lease a truck someday then Schneider definitely has the best program of the three. Hope this helps good luck my friend.

Maybe not the best idea to offer career advice if you can't correctly spell ANY of the three companies listed.

    Just saying...

Leave it to the pros... @Chinatown and @TROOPER to TRUCKER

You can blame the spelling on the voice recognition because I never type anything. And on top of that my ability to spell has nothing to do with my knowledge of the industry. Just saying

So broke down 69 do you actually have something constructive to say for the OP or do you spend your time bashing people that are trying to help.

I think if you checked me out a bit you'd find the last thing I am is a "basher", but when someone pipes in recommending a company against two others you yourself admitted to knowing little to nothing about, it is, at best, suspect advice.

My personal opinion is to steer as far clear of the megas as is humanly possible. I started with one and got screwed so hard I'm still walking funny. Moved to a small flatbed company and am averaging $1200 a week bring home with just a tick over 7 months experience. Good luck getting anywhere near that with any of the big companies.
