The manual window on DS, likes to go down by it self! Is there a spring or something that I need to replace? Always needs tension on the knob to keep it up.

With window all the way up pull the handle off if you can and reinstall with it hanging down at the 6 o’clock position. Sometimes just vibration and the weight of the crank handle sitting anywhere else will cause it to rotate down pulling the window open with it.

Is there anyway to tighten up the glass runners by bringing them in closer to the glass to put more of a squeeze on it. Many have bolts and oversize or slotted holes to do adjustments.

When the glass falls down does the crank rotate with it? If it doesn’t i’d be thinking it’s some bad teeth on the gear or rollers on the regulator arms causing the drop. Both are probably plastic.

No the teeth are fine. Roller goes along with it too. And yes plastic
