    Wonder if driver didn't tighten lugs or they went cheep when going with those rims and didn't get proper ones.

    The truck looks like it has wheel spacers installed, you know, cuz ya gotta be cool man.

    Possibly, lugs probably came loose after those wheels were put on(not torqued to spec).

    I guess the advice on not to go with spaces, wrongly off set wheel, re drilling wheels and using questionable wheel nuts, wrong nuts, proper stud length, and torque settings potentially all come in play there.

    Reckon it will take ol mate in the Kia a while to absorb what just happened.

    While you’re half right, wheel spacers should be outlawed. The real question what will be done with that renegade semi? He was clearly the cause of all of this.
