dot inspection question

so im buying a truck at a dealer in pa.. but we are starting our authority out of tennessee... i want to go pick up the truck from the dealer and start hauling loads right off the the lot... the truck has passed a dot inspection in pa... do i have to go back to tennessee and get it reinspected or can i just start hauling right off the lot
