DMT is a small flatbed company of 120 or so trucks. They recently sold 75% to P&S. The trucks I saw were older, with 500,000 miles or more, but well maintained. The owner is hands-on and works every day, sometimes on the road. Everyone in the office is really nice and accommodating. Most drivers get home on the weekend, usually loaded with a Monday delivery appointment. This would be a great ho...

Excellent company to work for. You can stay out 2 months or just two weeks and then have home time. Two weeks vacation per year. We have had yearly raises since I've been here (3 years). Trucks are mainly Mack Pinnacles and a few Peterbilts. All the new trucks now are automatics. I like how we safely keep the hoses on the trailer instead of fiddling around with them way up high on the tractor l...

this review is for the Trader Joe's account team based in Nazareth, PA - generally speaking it's a good driving job if you like home time. I work ~40 hrs per week & earn roughly $1200 before taxes. It breaks down to roughly $30 per hr; although you'll paid by the mile. You'll work all weekends because they use that as a way to artificially boost your salary by $100. The caveat is the benefits a...

Its not all bad , but there are certainly better places to start out if you are new in the business. The other hand, there are much worse out there as well. If you are a veteran, I don't know why you would want to work here. To start with, they will tell you one lie after another in orientation. My co-driver and I would laugh about it all the time because that's all you can do it about it...

3 yrs. exp OTR, 4 in the oilfield doesn't count, but with Hazmat, $0.49 cents a mile. Run all 48 and get avg. 2450 to 2800 miles a week. Paycheck after tax, insurance, other things, $1100 to $1200 a week. Almost all D&H, 96%. There are no 5 star companies out here, but if you keep the doors shut, everyone can do this. In my opinion, if you got a family, you shouldn't be driving a truck anyway.
