CDTOA?

Anyone else here a member of CDTOA by chance?????

 

Actually they have been the driving force in representing O/O's in the state in regards to CARB's ridicules and oppressive regulations.....

 

Before I went into freight, I attended a meeting in regards to CARB and DPF's back in 2006. In my Chapter alone (San Bernardino/Riverside), The average rig had a mechanical engine.
Mary Nichols doesn't get the fact that it doesn't make any sense to buy a new rig for vocational purposes.....
And....an old rig makes as much as a new one.....
You just can't go up to a client and tell him "I just spent $190K on this rig...so I'll have to increase my rates..."

They tell you "Ok......don't call us...and we won't call you."

 

We're talking government bureaucrats here....You make too much sense with your logic.....That would cause them to get ill and have to take off another taxpayer paid sick leave to Hawaii....
