My dad has started driving again and likes to listen to audion books but changing out the cd is annoying and I worry that it is distracting for him. I want to get him an I-pod for Christmas so he can load download book onto it.

Anyone use I-pod in their trucks? Do they work well? Any trouble hooking them up to your radio/speakers. Any advice you can give it appreciated. Thanks!

I converted all of my audio books to mp3 format and put them on cd. 1 cd holds about 10 of the older style.

I have a mp3 player radio in the truck.
