CFI, in the past (pre-conway) was known for routing a driver to the terminal, to clean out their truck. Once they had given notice. They didn't wait.

2 weeks, was just a policy they hold to ding a DAC with.

But when it comes time to quit them, they want a full 2wk notice. What is good for one, but is not ok with the other.. I had a company try that with me once. I was at this paper company for almost 14yrs, then when I went for a better job, the new company wanted me to quit without given my current company a notice. I told them no they have been good to me all these yrs, and I never leave without given a notice.. Same thing when I left Swift, I gave them a full 2wk, notice before I started with my now current company.
