Glad to hear things are going well for him sorry I didn't get to meet him wish him the best from me.

I am at HOME watching the Olympics for a few days Lol.....but damn there only showing the American teams, no Aussies yet.
JJ is in Boise having the trailer washed out and then he is going to sneak the truck back here so we can give it a good clean.......Hope the Subdivision Police don't catch us before we get it clean.

Tell JJ if he want's a rider to come get me from Conley as what was to be a simple p/u a truck then a load and back to SLC has become a nightmare.
Qualcom took a dump then the coolent resavour needs to be replaced so maybe Monday will see this truck move. I think Cole at SLC may not be my friend come Sunday and less come Monday. Central has decided to bring out some old 2002 trucks I think to get new drivers to do the leese thing I guess the say'n if ya want ta drive ya need ta by.................................. .
Not in this life time. I think it's time to call DOT Foods there look'n for drivers in CA and I'm to old to **** with this ****. I watched to new guys climbing in and out of the 09 W 9's ready to pay the payment so I'm thinkg Central has a new path in mind 40 on the company and 60 on the L/O that way they can still get the Goverment money.
Talked to a guy today said he just got done with training but he had an accident cost Central $ 3200.00 they kept him maybe he's gett'n a new 900. Anyhow thats how I feel as of now not p****d but close. Tell JJ to have a nice trip.

Are you sure they are not bringing that truck there for running local or something?
The only 2002 trucks I know of in the company are old Freightshakers, not many still belong to the company, and most are not road trucks.
I ran into one old timer with an old Simon W-900, was his 10 year with the company present. He was still in it. And still a company truck.
All the Volvos have to be traided in on a 4 year cycle. That was the lease terms. Unless they decide to buy them. You just got unlucky, and are stuck as a shuttle driver. They should be paying you 50 a day though, not much but something.

The only trucks that old I ever saw at conley were a few that had numbers starting with 20, they were 2004 trucks, that they used at a school a few Volvos and a Freightliner with an auto shift.

Actually may have started with 19, cannot remember. We picked 4 of them up in Alabama in Feb.

I think your right 6Pak they want 60% L/O and 40% Company. They make more outta the L/O and get there trucks paid for.
Maybe its time you asked for a new FM as the one you have isn't doing there job.
We did get stuck in Washington for 5 days and I was really P...ssed smoking ears and all but it was the 4Th July weekend ( carries a Calender now with all Holidays marked)
JJ is telling them at SLC on Monday that him having to come in and talk and waste a day is costing him money especially since its straight after home time, he is also talking to them about tightening up load delivery time.......lets face it 5 days for 1500 miles is a couple of days to long.

What fun sitting at Conley stinking hot I bet???? I don't suppose there putting you up in a Motel while you wait on there stuff up either.

I hope it gets better for you

Well, Wayne made it through another day. He said he did good...didn't hit any cones....lol...He will be happy tomorrow, he gets to move to the motel. No more prison cell. There are still 16 people there. He gets to start driving on Monday. I would be nervous but not him! He can't wait. He said he is wore out and can't wait to sleep in tomorrow. He had a headache and got sunburned. Tried to make him take sunblock but men tend to not listen....lol...Sorry guys. He is hoping he gets a good trainer. I can't wait to see him drive for the first time. He has sent me 2 letters already. Once he gets going, it's off to buy a laptop. Can't do the snail mail thing. Well hope everyone is well and i will let you know how his first day out on the road goes.

Glad to hear things are going well! Laptops are very handy on the road, I always use mine to check miles, road conditions, talk to Friends and Family at home and last but not least run my business from the truck lol.
