Is it possible for a 21 year old class 2 British truck/hgv license holder to get a job in canada?
Any info would be appreciated,

Check trucking company Yanke, (based in Saskatoon, SK) they have an active program recruiting in the U.K. (look under "Careers", then "Overseas Initiative"). There's a couple more, but that's the only one I know of for sure.
However, I must warn you that adapting to Saskatchewan from the U.K. could prove too difficult for you ... Saskatchewan has neither trees, nor rain.
