4 million.....Plus! 1 Non Chargeable accident and a few tickets that mostly came while the national mandatory speed limit was 55.
There have been a lot of changes along the way....But it's still a great job.

1,000,000 +
Started in 1977, but 1st 20 or so yrs was local mobile homes ( 350? radius) o/o since 02. never kept track of total probably 2,000,000 + or - . several minor accidents in years past but in pv. only 2 minor in cv.and none as o/o till lost 2 bales of hay last summer and a fld132 cl hit both bales with both front fenders. messed his bumper up and cracked his fenders good. no injuries though. not to many moving v, but lots of non moving.
eg. no od permit= off route, overwieght etc. comes with the territory.

Well, I've got over 3 million in CMV's. Had a few tickets over the years and one jacknife in my first year of driving. I've been driving for a living most of my life, rental cars, tow trucks, taxis, big trucks etc. Living in S.Ca. for many years helped me adjust to big city driving while growing up, so, the big cities have never bothered me.

I'm going thru all my log books and adding up my miles. This Might take a little while !! I started driving May 20, 1974, it was a monday-I had a tuna on rye for lunch that day. So as soon as I finish adding these up. if it's over a million miles - I'll let you know !!

1 million plus
1.4 million shortly after hitting the 7 digit I put a truck in the ditch. sigh just wasn't my day that day. I should have known before hand that wasn't gonna be my year. I had a speeding ticket 3 months before the accident. haven't had any problems since not even of the weighty kind.

I have no idea how many miles I have driven ... I usually run about 300 miles a night (sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less) as well as load 3 times and drop 3 times each night. Have been continually employed everyday for the past 25 years which would work out to about 1,950,000 miles if you just figured it out on a 5 day week.
Had a wreck this year ... got hit while making a U-Turn. But it don't matter none ... it's like the old indian said," What matters is wether you are REAL or not. Real isn't how you are made ... it's something that happens to you along the way ... when you are REAL, you don't mind being hurt ... it doesn't happen all at once ... it takes a long time ... that's why it doesn't often happen to people who break easily ... or have sharp edges ... or who have been carefully kept. Generally ... by the time you are REAL ... most of your hair has been loved off ... and your eyes drop out ... and you get loose in the joints ... and sometimes you get a little shabby lookin'. But these things don't matter at all ... because once you are real, you can't be ugly ... except to people who don't understand.
Soooo to all yall "real million milers" congratulations ... you've paid your dues ... ran the race ... kept the faith ... made this a better place to live, work and play ... you're the best ... the real heart and soul of America
