Anyone know anything about Steelman transportation in springfield Mo?
I am going to orientation there 8/20/12. Just 2 people in the class should be good. This is a lease purchase deal with either a 2012 or 2013 389 pete. Will keep you guys informed on how long it takes me to go broke . All I know is they dont really advertise I think that is a good thing. Just 2 people in orientation makes me think they dont just run people thru all the time. Well wish me luck!!!!!!

They used to deliver aluminum extrusion to one of my customers, from Missouri, to Elkhart, IN. One driver in particular would throw any trash, dunnage, etc, right on the ground, instead of using the trash dumpster. They no longer deliver for that account. FWIW....

Yes, please keep us informed on how it goes... and pics of the truck should suffice LOL
I see them all the time down that way and around memphis and little rock. Never asked them about their work tho, and I haven't seen any in a new truck. All the guys I see are in older late 90's trucks with that big old steelman sticker on the cab

I bought an '05 379 Pete they traded in and it was a great truck. I get thier e mail load list daily and the freight ain't very interesting. Good luck with the lease purchase program. You might have a chance since they don't advertise it. The more a company advertises the worse they are. Top tier companies rarely, if ever, advertise for trucks.
