| My Experience With KLLM I hauled my first load with this carrier on 10/13/06. By the end of the year I had been dispatched just shy of 29,000 miles (about 1300 shy of the 30,000 mile minimum in 3 months to get the 3 cpm bonus). Also, I run a legal (not 100% legal, but very close) log book. I take my 34 hr resets as I can, I never go over my 11 or my 14 or my 70. I do log my time driving by the odometer (example: 650 miles = 10hrs driving). During this time, I was broke down twice. Once was for a new turbo which had me in the shop for a week, and the second time was for a minor transmission problem, which actually only cost me a day. Since it's never known how long one might be in the shop, I had to swap out of the load I was under when I pulled into Freightliner. Therefore I ended up sitting the rest of the weekend (pulled in the shop on Thurs. evening, load I had was to deliver Fri. morning in LA). This wasn't all bad since I was in Las Vegas. There are certainly worse places to be broke down. Back to the point, if I hadn't been broke down I would have easily broken that 30,000 mile mark and I wasn't even an employee for the entire quarter. The break down of their bonus program is basically like this: The affore mentioned miles dispatched in a given fiscal quarter. (Jan-Mar; Apr-Jun;Jul-Sep;Oct-Dec) No moving violations during that quarter. No DOT log book violations. No accidents. No incidents (non reportable to the DOT accidents). If you meet that criteria, you will receive a bonus of 3 cpm for ALL dispatched miles at or above the minimum EVERY QUARTER. There is also a yearly safe driver bonus, although I'm not too familiar with it, I believe it doesn't have anything to do with productivity (miles dispatched). For the record, I am single and have no children and thusly no real reason to take any time off. During my time with the company I have only taken home time once. That was for Thanksgiving and I was at my mother's house for 6 days. I would've went "home" for Christmas had the company not dangled a $500 bonus for working the holidays in my face. This living on the road I'm doing is not the easiest of lifestyles, but I have personal goals to meet. I busting my tail now and for the next couple of years, so I won't have to work as hard to make ends meet in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have been very fair to me, and in return I'm singing their praises here.

| Yo, Banned: Can you tell me where the Hiring areas are or the terminals for KLLM are? I looked on the Internet but couldn't find the information I was looking for. The only information I could find was the head-hunter telephone numbers, and they only want to talk about schools. Hoping you know. |

| Lathrop, Ca is just a drop yard, no building. Other terminals are in Morrow, Ga (6 miles south of I-285 on I-75), Portage, IN (I-94 X-19 or I-80/90 X-23), and Seagoville, TX (7 miles SE of I-635 and I-20 on Hwy 175 East) |
