School Memory DVD Shows Teacher Having Sex

I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up loosing her job over this.... I can only imagine how many parents my decide to try and sue for it as well (after all it is California LOL) J/K i grew up on the Central Coast down there !!

 

Hmm, the school asked the parents to "destroy" the tapes? Couldn't they be considered "evidence"? What parent, in their right mind, is going to destroy something this teacher should be brought up on charges for? I'm sorry but, yes, that teacher can do anything she wants IN HER OWN HOME, but once she exposes children to something of this nature isn't it considered pornography? Why wasn't her name released? I'm going to walk away from my computer now. I can't handle stupid people today.

 

yeah they could be treated as evidence ... but at the same time it could have been an honest mistake and added in a wrong video clip.. afterall once she found out about it she herself started to call to have it destroyed or returned !!

LOL This they will never know since they decided to request to have them destroyed instead of returned !!

 

What the article DOESN'T say is who created the DVDs.
It IS possible that the teacher (either/or) used/provided a VHS tape that was previously used (by her) to record a "sex tape" and those few seconds were inadvertently left untouched. I have a VHS to DVD recorder I bought to convert VHS tapes my mother gave me (25 VHS tapes) to DVD, and I don't set there and watch every second of her BORING tapes while they are being transferred. I am sure it was completely unintentional, and I don't see the need to unnecessarily destroy her life for something mundane.

It is ALSO possible that she has a digital video camera, like I do, and she inadvertently included the 6 second clip when she "rendered" (the clips). I have done THAT as well, and had to re-render a video because I accidentally included a clip I didn't want to include.

 

With all due respect RK, if I (the teacher) made a tape for my students of activities during the school year, and I (the teacher) also made a tape of myself having sex, wouldn't I (the teacher) at least have the presence of mind, at the least, common sense enough, to make sure I didn't (forgive the pun) comingle the two?

We are talking elementary aged kids here. For that matter, I don't know I would want someone who has the propensity to tape sexual escapades being around my small children. Besides she should have proof viewed it prior to sending it home with the little ones. Are you trying to tell me she didn't "view" it before she gave it to them? How stupid is she? And what does she teach? Physical Education?
