Here are the numbers I was given by payroll about a year ago. I have two charts but I am only going to post the one for drivers that have started after Sept. 2009.
Mileage followed by Solo then Team rate. These are the base pay rates and do not include any other bonus pay where qualified. Pay chart doesnt go past 1.7 million miles. I'm only going to post up to 1.1m.
Training miles (team) are counted toward the total.
Less than 80,000 - .300 solo - .360 team
80,000 - .330 - .390
120,000 - .340 - .395
180,000 - .345 - .400
250,000 - .350 - .405
320,000 - .355 - .410
430,000 - .360 - .415
570,000 - .365 - .425
720,000 - .370 - .430
840,000 - .375 - .440
975,000 - .380
1,100,00 - .385
Fuel bonus .001 to .04 per miles based on MPG calculated between Fridays of the previous week. (teams split fuel bonus) new company minimum is now 7.0 mpg. The old scale still applies starting from 6.75, however the bonus isn't paid below 7 anymore.
Team bonus .10 per mile split for all miles over 3500 on loads completed between Fridays of the previous week
.05 per mile for solos in lightweight single sleeper trucks
.05 per mile for solos assigned to Northeast Regional Fleets (must be on a NE regional FLEET and live in NE. OTR solos on NE loads do not qualify on a trip by trip basis)
I've seem to lost the exact figure, but vacations are 120,000 miles or 125,000. Calculated from upgrade to A seat. This means training miles are NOT included.
1 week paid a flat $500. After 5 years 2 weeks at $550 a piece.
IP claims a week is only 5 days. A week is 7 days in my book and I've always taken 7 days, twice now. I'm up to my third vacation next week and I while discussing my plans with my FM a few months ago, he said i could combine my 4 day home time with 7 days vacation. So the 2 day home time plus 5 day "week vacation" argument doesn't fly in my experience.
This is all based on the info I haven been given in the past. If someone knows of a change that I haven't been aware of, feel free to step in and correct.

Good info for those interested in Prime U2.
I would imagine the reason the week pay is 5 days is because even though we work basically 24/7, the business still uses a work week for their figures. -
Also, there is no forced or coerced teaming... Unless you count the training miles with a trainer.
If you wish to team you are left to your own devices on finding a team mate. There is no centralized system for actively matching people seeking team. Most people arrive with a friend them or a relative with the intention of teaming. Other usually find someone during training, or hanging around the terminal.
My FM seemed to indicate that he prefers this method, so his drivers can't point a finger at him for putting them together if personality conflicts arise within a team. -
D-man is good, isn't he?
He's the one who told me it was 5 days for vacation... but I always made sure that I used weekends to total advantage. Plus if you were on his good side, you could stretch it out more.
My recollection was it was 125,000 miles to earn a vacation week. But hey... been away from the company side long enough that things have changed to the point that U2 and the rest of y'all better be answering this stuff.
7 mpg for fuel bonus? Easy-peasy! Y'all need to raise your game and catch up. 8's the bar. -
The only thing I hate is there is a forced per deim
-
-
It's a fixed amount. .075/mile of the pay rate is untaxed per diem. -

So, I have a question. Suppose JCW takes the upgrade to A-seat, but elects to stay with his current trainer as an A seat as a team. The trainer is l/o, does JCW get paid 1/2 the team pay for the total miles for the week? And if that is so, what is the current team pay for up to 80k?

Its 34cpm on the reefer side for solo drivers now. Flatbed starts out at 36cpm
