Need Help Deciding

I graduate from school on the 26th and have about 12 job offers and have narrowed it down to two and would like to hear all the ups and downs of each and which one is the best to go with. The two I am looking at is McElroy Trucking out of Cuba Alabama and American Eagle Lines out of Dallas Texas. All inquires willl be greatly appreciated.

I liked McElory, but I went to work for someone else who had a terminal near my home. But I really did like them.

Dunno the other company.
