| cdl How can you go to a company training and get your cdl?? Do they take you back to your state to test? Alot people here say they get it in the state the school in I thought you had to get it in the state you live in? |

| My husband got his cdl in Indiana, came back to Ohio, went to DMV, switched it to Ohio, did have to take haz and tanker test and pay extra for both of those. |

| the one i went to issued you a temp license from AR with the address of the apartments you were staying in while going to school. then when you went home to wait on a trainer to pick you up you switched it to your home state.
