| Experience i have a question about some companies that say they want 3 months experience are they leniant on that like taking someone out of school or is it just 3 months?

| I guess that would depend on the company. Can't hurt to ask them about it.

| I know when I talked to Conway they said that I had 30 days from my graduation date to apply. After that I would need at least 3 months experience to get hired on. So if I only work two months with someone else they wouldn't hire me. |
