Experience

i have a question about some companies that say they want 3 months experience are they leniant on that like taking someone out of school or is it just 3 months?

I guess that would depend on the company. Can't hurt to ask them about it.

I know when I talked to Conway they said that I had 30 days from my graduation date to apply. After that I would need at least 3 months experience to get hired on. So if I only work two months with someone else they wouldn't hire me.

Most companies have this same issue. They want you straight out of school.

Sometimes you can get around that issue, by returning to the school and paying a small fee for a "refresher" course.
