Two things everybody needs.......

WD40 and duct tape - if it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape.....If it doesn't move and it should, use WD40.....

the list's growing

Did anybody mention dry erase marker...? Very handy for jotting quick notes on the inside of the window, easily erased.
