Hi, How can I get recruiters to start getting in contact with me? I'm currently in school to get my class a (Nationwide
Diesel Tech) in Smithfield RI, but I'm taking my test in Mass. I should be graduating in late October with every endorsement. I want to start seeing what different companies have to offer me. I know most likely it will be a otr job at least for the 1st year. What can I do, my school has no "official" job placement but they say they can lead us in the right direction.

Google trucking companies and go to their websites for their contact numbers.

Once you call JB Hunt they'll never leave you alone.

If you think no body loves you just give JB your number. They'll call you on a regular basis.

Here is another un. Next time some one gets in your way you can get back at them by putting a radioactive placard upside down as high up on the side of their trailer as you can get it. On the chicken house side of the trailer.

    Paybacks are a witch. :biggrin_255:

Just remember this old joke that ain't to far from the truth. How can you tell when a recruiter is lying to you? Answer, his lips are moving.

My hubby just told the recruiters to not give him the usual song and dance, and give him straight answers. It actually worked, and he got straight answers.
