| what should i do? I HAD A CHANCE TO GO WITH SNL; IN CARLISE,PA FOR THERE DRIVING TRAINING PROGRAM. ME AND THE RECRUTIOR DOTTED AND CROSSED THE TEES,I HAD A START DATE AND A CONTRACT IN MY HAND AND 2DAYS BEFORE I WAS TO LEAVE I HAD A PHYSICAL AND DRUG SCREEN SET UP AND I DIDNT SHOW-UP FOR IT AND CALLED THE RECRUTIOR AND TOLD HIM I WASNT ABLE TO START THE TRAINING PROGRAM OR TAKE THE JOB THAT COMES WITH THE PROGRAM.AND I WAS TOLD BY THE RECURUITOR THAT ME NOT SHOWING UP FOR THE PHYSICAL\ DRUG SCREEN THAT ITS LOOKED AT AS A POSITIVE. I TOLD THEM I HAD A ISSUE WITH MY WIFE(DIVORCE)AND THERE REPONSE WAS IN SO MANY WORDS WAS ; THATS THE WAY IT IS ; FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS IVE BEEN TRYING TO RE-APPLY WITH SNL; AND EACH TIME I WAS TOLD ;WE ARE UNABLE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR APPLICATION AT THIS TIME: AND WHEN ASK WHEN CAN YOU MOVE FORWARD WITH MY APP; WE DONT KNOW???? I REALLY,REALLY WANT TO GO WITH SNL;2YRS.AGO I DIDNT HAVE MY CLASS (A) I NOW DO.I THOUGT HAVING MY CLASS(A)WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE BUT SNL; IS STILL SINGING THE SAME OLD SOND TO ME.HOW CAN I TURN THIS AROUND WITH SNL;AND MAKE THIS WORK FOR ME I WOULD LIKE TO WORK FOR SNL; WHAT CAN I DO?????????? |

| brinkj23 is right, if you're a no show for a drug screen, you're just as good as a dirty test, no matter what the circumstances are. if you have a driving job, keep it for a minimum of 6 months and then reapply, or find a driving job and do the same. good luck |

| It probaly got put on his dac as a refusal it does not matter if he had a cdl yet or was at the school / orentation if a company tells you to go for the test you go. There are no excuses for not showing up unless you know that you are / were dirty. |

| Hey that sounds like a raw deal. First you should check you're Dac report. If they did put it on there as a refusal to take a drug screen you can try to rebut it and have them investigate. If there is anyway of proving that you were tied up with your divorce you may be able to get that off your record. That may open some doors for you. Other than that i really can't say.... I wish you good luck
