hometime is every 11-14 days for "super regional" with 2 days off, they TRY to get you home Fri. night (usually successfully) and you leave monday AM
dispatch works 7-7 7 days you have one person sun-midday wed. and aanother midday wed to sat. (same 2)

Well it sounds like USX has changed their business model a little if they are running companies they own as separate . But your right they are probably holding back on the assimilation because of Arnold's relationship with their customers.

They list Arnold, Total, C&C, and Smith trucking as "affiliated" carriers yet own 100% of at least Arnold and Total?

I remember a hundred truck fleet awhile back that USX loaned money to. When they could not pay it back, they took the company gutted it lied to the drivers to get them to sign on with USX and had some of the tractors running the DG account for a while.

Hopefully they will let Arnold run separate. It also seems that after their debacle with the buyout of PST and Southwest out west they have kept their purchases closer to home.

Does Arnold and USX share facilities or are the fleets kept separate?

we also have 1500 trucks, would be harder to take over than a smaller fleet.
we all have seperate facilities but we are able to use each others (just left the chicago (S. holland) yard with a load earlier

if you want a job in this industry never tell about any injuries/surgery's.ive had 2 back surgeries then had a tatoo done over the 4 inch scare.companies dont care about the drivers, only what you can do for them.

You are still in Arnold's "honeymoon" time frame. After reading through your posts, I'm amazed that you have been with Arnold 6 months and not caught on yet.
