I can tell you first hand the recruiter in Charlotte SUCKS! He never answers his phone he doesn't return calls and doesn't bother answering his email either. Dealing with Mr Wallace is an absolute joke. Due to his lack of professionalism I've already found another place to work. I will be calling Green Bay and letting them know that too, maybe it will help the next guy that has to go thru him.

So why don't you change dbl's??

All I have to say is, if you don't like the Dallas OC, try working across the street at Werner. We will leave the door open on your way back.

Of course experience level may play a factor as well. but you have plenty if that too

I have to my experience was 180 of yours.

Same here... First time, great experience with the recruiter, same with dbl. Then I left for a different career for few months and came back. Once again, great experience again with recruiter but had to change dbl's after a couple months this time. Now its all good...

Funny, I called Green Bay and told them of my problems after the first app I submitted. At that time I asked if I could deal with a different recruiter and was told Mr Wallace was THE recruiter for my area.

Guess he's meeting his quota... or saw something on your record? Don't know what to tell you, don't know the situation...sorry. The two different recruiters I dealt with, were on top of their game. I had calls, emails and I even talked to them through text messages...

It would help if you guys read everything and not just some of what I said. Again! I was offered a position and have my orientation set for May 20th. I have been trying to get a hold of him for 10 days now to change my orientation date. I can not get him to call me back or respond to emails, so I have decided to move on. Communication with a recruiter shouldn't be that difficult.

Did anyone here actually go thru Mr Wallace in Charlotte?

When I went thru orientation last march the only two recruiters they had in Charlotte that I knew of were Donna Yonish and Bill Brophy. I dealt with both of them and both treated me right. I still have their emails and phone #'s if you want them.

Did you lodge the complaint about him?

As hard up for drivers as they make it appear, I should think they would want to know about his lack of communication or follow through.

The person I spoke to didn't seem to interested in taking it any further then to recommend reapplying. At the time I felt it was a no win situation, if I make too big a deal of it I figured I wouldn't be hired anyway. So I decided to bite my tongue and reapply as suggested. Now that I'm dealing with the same issues I'm going to tell Green Bay exactly why I decided to go elsewhere. I'm not sure it will do any good but at this point it can't hurt.
