| I've only talked face to face with one Stevens driver. But he really liked it and had been there for awhile. He had been broke down at the same KW dealer as myself for about a week with tranny probs.. but didn't have more than 2 or 3 bad things to say about them.

| Should I Go? I'm Scheduled to begin at the Stevens school on the 7th of April. It seems that there is a lot of mixed feeling about Stevens. I live in South Florida. There are not a lot of options for someone wanting to break into the business as an OTR driver. Can anyone suggest a company that would train? |

| Because Jake Brakes can brake. They want the driver to know how to properly take a truck on a downgrade before giving them something to make it easier. It makes sense if you think about it. |

| They are only good for starting out I started out with Stevens in 12-99 and there training was not half bad it could have been worse HOWEVER once they get you to sign on the dotted line...thats it. Be ready to make about $200 bucks a week and drive about 2-3k miles a week making them lots of money! You can prepare to see your family move on without you and your friends well....Good place if your a loner and dont need money ![]()
