    I'm working for a small owner operator for the last two weeks. Worst experience of my life. I want to take him his truck back but he threatened me he would report truck stolen. My name is on his company credit card. Can he do this?

    Call your local law enforcement, and tell them this guy has threatened you. Have them come out when you turn the truck in to him. Don't put up with these bullies. Turn the tables on them.

    Take his truck back to his yard and leave the keys I would take a few pictures. He would be stupid to report a truck stolen that is sitting in his yard.

    You are only required to take it to a secure location I agree with bigjoel call local law enforcement explain situation they will advice and give you prof . I would do this empty not loaded.

    Calling the local LEO's is a good idea, tell them your situation, is when they can meet with you at him address, they can witness you handing over the keys, hopefully you can collect any pay due you, best of luck

    Yes. And get a copy of the police report for proof in the future. Don't let him try to get you for truck abandonment on your DAC
