Last week
No one can say I didn't give my best shot. I had over 4 years in but I don't feel like I can make any money at TMC any more . It seems that the cards are stacked againest us and the company has the better hand. So I am folding and walking away. Not to say others wont make it or even make good money. Im just not going to do it any more . So to all my brothers at TMC I bid u adue and wish you and the company all the best.

I suppose the Arrow bankruptcy will take excess capacity out of the flatbed sector. Arrow assets will be sold to pay off debts.

pepsiman I'm happy for you and hope your local job pans out! You definitely made every effort and I was glad to spend a few weeks with you on the road, for anyone who's curious pepsiman was my trainer and he did an excellent job. Honest and patient he did a good job of teaching me how to do things the way TMC wanted them done. Also it's difficult to live in such a small place with another human being for five weeks, especially a total stranger but you were very easy to get along with and I had a good time. Give me a call if you want a recommendation to drive for the state next winter, I'd be happy to give you one.

I wish you luck pepsiman, I'd have to admit , I currently feel the same way you do about TMC. Its sad that the honor and respect that most of the good drivers had is slowly drifting away, along with the revenue. Its hard to keep that proud feeling about your company while your doing 61mph and sitting in toll booth lines while 99% of trucks are wizzing by you and rollin thru the EZpass lanes (not a PROUD feeling whatsoever!)... May seem little to some, but time is money and all that time adds up to doing more for less no matter how you slice it.
Good Luck my brother, be safe!

I was working on my taxes for this year . I could see I stayed out over the weekend 12 more times then last year. Yet i mad $7000 less. can't say that will be the best choose but I can't kill myself for someone that don't care about me.
