Have you got a place to park your truck? I have a pre hire and cannot park at condo. Just wondered if you had heard about parking at Lowe's, Home Depot or Menards? Start school June 13th. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!

First day in the books. Day one is physicals, drug screen and paperwork. You'll go out and lift a 120lb tarp and carry it from the back of the trailer to about a 1/4 from the front. Get yourself up on the trailer and put the tarp on top of the coil then drop it off the other side. Then get off the trailer and carry it back to the back again. Also had to go a top a crate container and hang your toes off the side. No biggie.

One thing I had not read anywhere is do not wear a hat to class.

Can you tell me anything about the physical? Mainly the hearing and the eye exam?

    Thanks in advance..

No hearing exam and the eye exam is typical. Read line 6 and check to see if your color blind.

Second day down. Watched some videos. Met the operations and safety person. Got to do some shifting on the simulator and range today.

Only advice I have so far is stay off the grass and there is NOTHING around the hotel. NOTHING. No stores, gas stations or restaurants except for the TMC owned chrome cafe which is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you get here on a weekend (which you will) be prepared to have food delivered to the hotel or bring your own. They will take you to Wal-Mart on Tuesday evening to get some things.

It's been great so far. There direct and to the point. They don't play games and wont waste there time with you if that's all you want. In other words "bring your big boy pants" But this is what I expected and wanted. I wanted to be where they say this is how we do it and that's it.

So far, everything you've posted goes along with what others before you have experienced. Thanks for the update and keep up the good work!
