Pre Day 1 (Saturday)
Arrived from Charlotte, NC to Des moines, IA by Delta Flight. *Those of you that wants to ride GH bus, I recommend spend extra 80-100 for flight because its really worth it compare to 18-21 hrs drive from GH.

Soon as I arrived to airport, I called Baymont Inn and shuttle bus showed up in 10min. (Nice lady driver)

I thought I was the only guy that came out early but there were couple guys flight out today and they assign me to one of guy who flew for roomies but I still haven't met him yet. LOL (He probably hang out somewhere)

As you can see, so far I know people who work at the hotel are very friendly. Ask a question if you need anything.

I was trying to waste some time by swimming pool,dry sauna, and hot spa. There were pretty clean and make sure you wear flip flops.

I guess that's it for today. Hope I meet some fellow members from forums tomorrow.

We live in the same city. We were in contact with each other. About a week ago he sent me a text. He quit after 2 weeks with his trainer. He was going to look into one of the beer distributors or coke/Pepsi and do local. I haven't heard from him in a couple weeks. He is a good person and wish the best for him.
