My application got approved thanks Gus thanks Adam. really excited to get out to Des Moines. I know they're going to teach me the right way to do everything. Really that's why I settled on this company. Their pride in quality In appearance And the overall structure makes me confident that this is going to be a great place to learn the business. I'm excited to be in trucking and I'm excited to join the TMC team! Who's with me?

I'm not with me but if you can't sleep get the rag out and find some chrome to polish! remember where you left off you can return there the next time. Is this the Skate Board company that says "Stay Off The Grass" Unless you want a bus ride home! Good Luck, There is a wealth of information here. Have Fun!

Good luck, I have an app in with them and they were on a short list with Maverick and Crete. Keep us up on how your progress is going.

the stay off the grass myth is gone on for a long time now as a TMC ex driver I can tell you that is all it is a Myth but really why would you walk on the grass when you can use the sidewalk or parking lot ? TMC is a great company to work for if you are new to trucking and can't handle being away from home more than a week they can sure get you home I say 90% of the time if not better but depending of where you live will factor in on how good your home time will be money per week is going to be something you need to figure out how much would make you happy per week I say average weekly check can be $800 if you can make your bills with that sure TMC is going to be right for you communication with your fleet manager is a must let him know well in advance what your goal are plans family time you name it want to make more money well make your self available to stay out 2 weeks chase that better paying load that is going to get you that nice $1200 check anyhow good luck to all you new drivers coming in right from CDL school best of luck and do you self a favor don't give up on your self before you learn the flatbed trucking world and get good at it !!!

I chose Tmc primarily because of my confidence in there ability to train the correct way to get it done. I refused to go with a schlocky second tier carrier. I don't know where my career will take me but I'm excited it's starting with Tmc. I put my house in rental and don't plan on returning home anytime soon. honestly just looking to stack cash in put miles behind me.
