Unhappy Login Problems? Please Read This For Login Problems.

Common Login Problems Checklist

If you are having problems logging in please check the list below and follow the remedies. I get a lot of the same exact questions daily about logging in and I will now send users to this page to check the common problems list below:

1) When you signed up, did you click on the link in the e-mail that was sent to you? You MUST click on the activation link in that e-mail so we can verify you are a human and are not a spammer or scammer.

2) You didn't get an activation e-mail? Please be sure to check your SPAM filter and see if it is in your spam e-mail box!

3) IF you did not get your activation e-mail, you are most likely using AOL or Hotmail. Please deal with them and NOT us as we cannot control their e-mail setup. Please read this: AOL User Read Before You Try... as well if you are using AOL. AOL is well known to cause their members problems and they give their members a very poor internet experience, we simply cannot help what they do and if you don't get the e-mail from us, you must use another e-mail account that is NOT from AOL.

4) The activation e-mail can take some time to be sent to you as we are a busy board and it depends on the server loads at times as well. If its been too long since you received your e-mail (over 48 hours), please contact us, via the contact link at the bottom of the page, and we will delete your account and you may start over as that is the ONLY remedy.

We can NOT get any member's password for them! This protects us, AND our members, from us spying on them and other problems that might occur if we could see member's passwords! You can, however, RESET YOUR PASSWORD and that should work UNLESS you never clicked on the link in the activation e-mail you were sent. The majority of the problems when registering are that member's do NOT check their SPAM BOXES!

Yahoo! Users: Check Your SPAM Box even if it doesn't look like the e-mail is in there!!!

Log In Problem

Today I logged in and got the welcome Maverick box, however, when I tried to reply to a post, the box popped up saying I have to log in.
Tried two or three times, no luck.
I used the quote box, and was able to reply that way.
Not complaining, just curious if I did something wrong.
Great site, keep up the good work.
