James Ryals, Jr., et al, v. HireRight Solutions, Inc., et al

I think that when all is said and done that 1.9 million is going to leave a mark! I have my own copy and am working on my leter so I can go for the gold! That $20,000 from Hire Right and am also starting a suit against the State of New York to fire half or all of the people who work in the medical review board and also for a few 7 digit numbers from the state for allowing these people to actually hold peoples lives in their hands!

 

I received this letter SEE "link", this is the first time I heard of this case and when did the court grant class action status ? I had 2 bad reports from the USIS Commercial Services, Inc. and tried 2 administrative actions to correct the reporting records, I have all the original filings but USIS were saying that is the information from their sources, they just blew me off. I studied law for about 10 years and to be certified for class action NOTICE must be given, the payout to the class "if I do nothing" is 10 to 56 dollars, I seen a poster here take about "going for the gold" and 1.9 million is the offer ?, and do you have the lawfirm that's repersent's Mr. Ryals ?
