    Well it is a mess and has been for a long time. But that great little "Texas Corridor" that Perry is so thrilled with is nothing more than sold to Mexico. The portion that's been built already is owned by a corporation in Mexico. Nothing like selling bits and pieces of our nation off to other countries.
