ok my friend....the reason for me being let go is in my other thread...i only have 2 so that makes it easy for me to find also....long story short though...jbhunt falsified my DAC to protect their cause which was to protect their safety record and screw me nonetheless...i have 1point on my DVR...i do NOT have a criminal background...i can pass a hair follicle and urine test which is the jbhunt way....they do both. i was hit by another driver coming out of BNSF in los angeles,ca. They deemed him at fault and slapped me with a preventable citing that while i was in the middle of my left i shouldve stopped and let the other driver proceed...i was in the turn by myself when he came barrelling into me. i could not foresee being struck by this guy although 24hrs after the incident jbhunt was able to foresee and told me what i "SHOULDVE" done....the falsification was just the nail....i have on my DAC a preventable that says "LANE CHANGE SIDE SWIPE"...which is a citable major traffic violation that never happened....to save you the breathe of telling me i already disputed and rebuttaled....once jbhunts irrationale eff'd up thinking runs amuck they stick to it....i cannot get a job because the last incident ACUTALLY WAS MY OWN DOING BUT JBHUNT DIDNT HONOR MY INTEGRITY INSTEAD BURNED ME FOR IT....BUT NO OFFENSE MY FRIEND I AM SO FRIKKEN P/O THAT I CANT RECALL THIS ANYMORE BECAUSE MY HEAD WILL EXPLODE. i am bringing all of my DAC REPORT wiht me to prove to these recruits what jbhunt will do to them once they are done with you....i will also have pictures of the damage that happened and all perspectives to let them draw their own conclusions which BTW any normal rational person would think and do what i did...which was nothing because i could not stop him from hitting me....jbhunt will abuse their position simply because they can...NOBODY FOR THEM TO ANSWER TO...AHHHHHHH!!!!!...BUT NOW IVE BECOME A DRIVER ADVOCATE AND WILL DO MY BEST TO DETOUR THE NEW GUYS SO THEY CAN SAVE THEIR CDLS.

lawyers cost money my friend....something after 3months of being unemployed i do not have.....bad publicity is something nobody wants as a corporation as well as the bad reference and slander of my DAC report....im trying to draw attention and make a statement....getting the word out is something a truck driver only likes to do...i dont know if its because of laziness or what?.....im not the only driver ever screwed by JBHUNT but i am as far as i know one of very few that has the fortitude to do what about to do....lawyers dont want a case unless its cut and dry....and most dont want to investigate your facts unless its got to with wage violations or discrimination and harrassment....this is a flat out falsification and fabrication of facts that jbhunt has slapped on my DAC report and for what its worth once something goes on your DAC the provider of the info will not recant their slanderous remarks because it will be admitting wrong doing or open themselves up to litigation...they would rather just create an incident based on half truths and lack of police reports...BTW i tried and begged the cop to give me a report but was declined do to the minor nature of the incident.

Have you thought about talking to a local news reporter? One that does investigative reporting for their local news affiliate? I'm not sure if they will take up your case, but it may be one way of getting more exposure to your cause.



One other thing... If the cop filed a report it becomes a matter of public record. All you have to do in most cases is call the local precinct and ask for a copy. If no official report was made then it never "officially" happened in the "legal" world.

I wish you luck. You are not the 1st person I've seen here complaining about false DAC reports made by some carriers.

the protest was a hit as expected...i was a one man show but definately got everyones attention at JBHUNT. i did it on recruit day and saved one driver from JBHUNT....i was talking to him on the sidewalk and he was listening to what i was saying and so he called a cab....Robert "PIG" S. and Aaron R. also saw my display and took picutres of me...JBHUNT brass was there and took pictures of my signs....bottom line when you nothing to take you have nothing to lose...thats me!....they slandered me so i let everyone know....80% of JBHUNT drivers were giving me a thumbs up because they know what im talking about with these guys...poor guys are afraid to lose their jobs after being threatened by all the NARCO #### jbhunt has on their trucks and safety that they had no voice but mine....next monday is recruit day....guess whos showing again?....thatsright!!!....but this time im not going to be alone....im gaining support from another driver and we are going to blast jbhunt again....F'em!!! i hope they sue me!...that way i will get the word out because they will continue to slander me and thats my beef among all of their anti driver policies....STAY TUNED DRIVERS!!!!....I HAVE THE TENACITY TO SEE THIS THING THRU.
