Mad as Hell and not gonna take it anymore

I will be conducting a protest of the scandalous and anti-driver/american policies of JBHUNT in South Gate ,Ca on the corner of Southern Ave. and Garfield....on 06/29/2009 and further dates if necessary until the word is out that JBHUNT slanders drivers with false accusations, unrealistic preventables, misrepresentations, and terminates its drivers with no chance of ever driving again for anyone. JBHUNT has slandered me on my DAC report and has appealed my unemployment benefits so that they can get away with terminating me without accountability. Robert Shoenberger Ops. Mgr. and Terminal Mgr. Aaron Regaldo
will be implicated for upholding the scandalous practices of this predatory company. I have run out of options to get JBHUNT to remove the slander from my DAC so I must take the fight to the street. Any truckers out there that have the balls and are just damn tired of companies like JBHUNT getting away with practices like the entrapment of its drivers under the disguise of certain bogus policies and sudden implementations please feel free to contact me Use our PM service
and join me in a standoff with this irresponsible company and let your voice be heard. REMEMBER NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE UNTIL YOU MAKE A STAND AND FIGHT!!!!....BROTHERHOOD!!!UNITY!!!GOOD OLD FASHIONED UP IN YOUR FACE PROTESTING. If you are concerned about being arrested DONT BE!...I have contacted the Southgate Police Dept. and was given a thumbs up on my protest so long as I am not blocking the entrance or exit of JBHUNT. That leaves me alot of space to work with. Stop whining and stand up and fight these companies who put people out of work wrongfully and then arrogantly deny all wrong doing.....I am Donpissedoff! PM me to obtain my cell# to coordinate with me...p.s. lets do the damn thing!!!!!

i think its safe to say im not having it any further from here on out with JBHUNT...im going to slander them right at their SouthGate,Ca location in front of all their new recruits....lets see how powerless they feel when they cant make me stop...to let them know how they have altered my family's income and their continued choke hold they have on my CDL without even a citation is my goal....i am going to be as vocal as possible to all of their new recruits because they still have a chance to get the heck away from JBHUNT before being hired....i have never worked for a company so predatory that it sickens me even look at a JBHUNT truck....im about to become their biggest pain in the #####.

Since you're a driver, you should understand that

A) No matter what commitment I TRY to make to be there with you, it all depends upon this..
1)Am I a company driver, an L/P, or an O/O?
2)If a company driver, will I have time, in that area, to spend some time on your picket line?
3)If an O/O, CAN I arrange my freight,my time, to be able to commit?
4)If an L/P, I have to depend on my load planner, and my dispatcher, to get me where you are, on that SPECIFIC date and time.

Realistically, my friend, you can probably only coordinate with locals.

Good luck to you, and your quest!

First, let me wish you all the luck in the world in your conflict with JB. But! As I have said time over time, anytime you go to work for one of these mega-truckload carriers, you become nothing more than a slave on their plantation and basically there is not too much a slave can do to the plantation owner, but run away. 150 years ago, they would chase you down with the dogs, today the plantation owners have DAC

my initial goal was to attract any driver blackballed by JBHUNT....however the more i crunch this thing up its bigger than that....this is about this whole damn country losing sight of the "trucker's" role to economy and the enormous lack of respect throughout the industry from companies who have been de-regulated to act out in a manner that is predatory....i welcome any all drivers....both employed and most of all unemployed who have been thrown out of the industry by big companies who have the pwoer because nobody is policing their behaviors....screw them!!!!....im going to get them on monday because thats when they roll all their newbees in on the company bus that they will find themselves underneath later down the road....and thrown under that bus by none other than JBHUNT management and safety....this arrogance throughout the industry that companies can say what they WANT to say
to "suspend" and or "disable" a driver's CDL for the "just because we can" attitude will no longer go ignored by me....thank you for your response....i will be videotaping my aggressiveness towards this company and posting it on youtube to give other drivers some enthusiasm and encouragement to just post up and dig deep and say,"WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE"!!!!...also my fellow comrade....i suppose we can sit here all day long and come up with reason after countless reason as to how busy we are to respond and act out....but remember this so long as your sitting under that load that you are hauling for dirt cheap and forced dispatching has become a way of life for the companies then by all means lets keep making excuses....because thats what they are counting on and not only that they are laughing at the actual excuses.

thats not true.....a slave owner had only one thing working in his favor...he relied on the fact that the slaves
did not realize that they outnumbered him. if you watch closely in protests and riots the police although locked and loaded tend to dispurse backward when a crowd becomes too large and too motivated...im going to quote a line from the unlikely movie "A Bugs Life"....when the grasshopper gang leader tells his gang this,"if those stupid ants ever realize that they out number 100/1 there goes our way of life". the way of life he is talking about was to torment and and steal everything from those ants....now thats hidden knowledge to absorb....drivers we out number companies at least 1000/1 lets cop a clue already people...emancipate yourself because only you can.
