(KSL News) A man is dead after the semi truck he was driving rolled down an embankment.
The truck was traveling on Interstate 15 near Scipio when a front tire blew.

Joe Andrade lost control, went off the side of the road, and down an embankment. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died. Troopers say he was wearing a seat belt.
