The 136 means the fault is coming from the ABS system. The F04 and SID014 I can't break down, but the "P" mean the code is inactive. Nothing to worry about.

You can just international service and ask. The service department on the east side of Houston will tell you what they are over the phone.

96/300k would be a custom contract through IH. Assuming Cat/Cummins power for a class 8 tractor in 06 as the only options, a BWE warranty extension wouldnt cover the water pump. That would need to be an additional contract through the engine manufacturer. If this is a midrange engine, then that would be different. They have hours used restrictions in place for trucks that never physically move but run thousands of hours stationary...(pumpers, drill rigs etc), it has nothing to do with how old your truck is.

Yes, if you have the digital odometer you should be able to read codes. It displays them in SAE format.

During diagnostic troubleshooting the Instrument Cluster LCD will show stored Message IDs (MIDs). These are three digit identifiers (see Figure 2.) that indicate the device or module from which the fault code has been sent.

To enter the Cluster Faults Menu, press the odometer set/reset switch repeatedly until the Faults Menu appears in the LCD.

The LCD readout will indicate that there are NO faults or will show the number of faults (in this case 3) as shown in Figure 1.

Pressing the set/reset switch again and holding for three seconds will change the display mode to show the MIDs of the actual faults and will indicate the codes are either active (A) or previously active (P) as shown on the second line in Figure 2.

The display will cycle through the fault codes showing one every three seconds, or will manually cycle through the codes one at a time for each push of the set/reset switch.
To exit the Fault Menu press and hold the set/reset switch for three seconds and the cluster will return to the main menu and allow access to the other features such as odometer.

If any of the MIDs above are displayed on the first line of the cluster LCD, use the device software indicated to identify the fault code and obtain troubleshooting procedures. If none of the listed MIDs are displayed on the cluster LCD and there are no warning lights illuminated, disregard the fault codes and do not troubleshoot.
Fault codes that are displayed in the cluster LCD can only be cleared with the device software indicated.
