23 grand a year for insurance, so nearly 2 grand a month?
Don't get into trucking, that's for sure. Not if you want to pay a few other bills and eat as well.

With you and your wife both driving with a year of experience you can earn gross over a million in 5 years driving for line haul companies like R&L, if you ran wild and drove hard.

125k per driver, 250k for husband + wife per year.

I think it means 6 day turn for solo driver, Springfield, MO depart & return.
They try to have the drivers running west coast bring the load to MO, then a regional driver takes it from there. The west coast driver can head back west on a short turnaround in Springfield.
Don't know if this has changed or not, but looks like a good plan.

I moved from So Cal to the Mt Vernon area Missouri. Truck Dynasty is about 15 minutes from my house here in Missouri, Bois DArc I believe. They offer a 10spd class over 160 hours.

It looks like Magnum is mostly a Northern route truck company? Based in the Dakitas would that really fit with living in Missouri?

Not that I am opposed to them just a bit of work with HR to be sure taxes get pulled in the right state. Other than that it looks like I would be out and about away from the terminals anyways. I guess I do not need a company in my back yard to make a buck.

Curious how much extra spousal insurance runs. I never thought about that. Currently it is between 12-1350 a month so it would have to be cheeper.

    cheaper.

This looks like a good company. Do they take on over 55 drivers new to cdl? If so who are these wonderful people.
