I can assume the fetal position in the corner and cry atop 500 rolls of hoarded toilet paper for the next 6 months, or I can get out and enjoy life. We're all only here a limited amount of time, may as well enjoy it while I'm here.

People should stop bringing their whole family to Walmart when they shop. They act like it's Disneyland for poor people or some place for a family outing. That's why it's so crowded in there. All those kids running around and touching everything.

Hand washing and stuff was only important back when they said it could live for hours and days on different surfaces. Now that it doesn’t live on surfaces anymore we all have to wear a mask because it travels through the air.

I can’t wait until November when there’s no more COVID and the race wars are over until the next election.

A seat belt is common sense. This virus (according to the stats in Alberta) is virtually nothing. Slightly worse than the average flu season.

I walked into the BMW dealer last Friday for my appointment and the receptionist girl barked at me that I needed a mask and that I had to get away from her, "behind the red circle" they taped onto the ground around her desk. She was super aggressive. Two employees in clear view not wearing one as well.

If she said one more word I would have walked out the door. When I came back inside to close the deal I didn't wear one either just because at this point I was in full on ahole mode and wanted to enjoy making her upset.

Well the one thing we can all take away from this situation is that it saved @farmerjohn64 's life. Cuz no one should be eating McDonald's. lol

I would have told the sales person that I'm having second thoughts about buying the car because of her.
"Will I be treated this way when I bring the car in for service?"

I refuse to obey unlawful orders, I stay away from everyone, just lay my paperwork on the ground, I’ll soak it in Lysol, you back away keeping your hands and face turned away from me.
It’s not airborne, so the mask is useless, it just keeps those who spit when they talk from spitting sick germs in your face.
Besides, If they had done the correct thing in the first place, by shutting all outside travel down, and not worrying about opening the country back for tourism, beaches, etc, because the almighty dollar means more than a few lives, we too, would be on the downside.
But money is more important than us “worker ants.” They’ll just bring a few more to the front, but bring your own bologna sandwich, cause you’re not getting theirs.

You forgot about China. If they would have done the right thing then maybe all this could have been avoided.
