Think Long and Hard about Black Horse Carriers

The management team is useless. The terminal mgr for Napa has no idea about trucking. Shes never been in one or even a license. Her motto is we gotta get the load hauled even at the drivers well being or safety. The asst term mgr spends more time in a truck than he does an office. They don't honor seniority. Not a set standard for all drivers. If the mgr likes you , you got it made, if not your screwed. Considering penske owns them n maintains the fleet, maintenance sucks.

 

So the one person has never been in a truck, and all the other person DOES is drive trucks. What is the proper ratio here?

Also, I'll have my wife cross-stitch up a little sign that says, "We gotta get the load hauled, even at the driver's well-being or safety."

That'd be fun.

 

They run a boatload of ads on CL all the time.

 

If they're on CL you know it's good.

 

With cfi I used to run a lot of loads to their warehouse in IL talk about a cluster

Also, it would help if you could post a pic of the terminal manager. It’s helps with ensuring a proper analysis of the situation in that office. NO NEED for one of the assistant, NO NEED at all of him.
